Return Policy Overview
At Olive + Fig Creative, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom products. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the design process has begun. Please make sure to carefully review your order details before submission.
Exceptions and Issues
If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or partial refund. To assist with the resolution, please provide photos and a detailed description of the problem.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital downloads and templates
- Items on sale or discounted
How to Report an Issue

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the problem (if applicable)
